Worcester Resident Jami Lyn Fish Tragically Killed by Reckless Driver, Family Seeks Community Support

Worcester, Massachusetts – Jami Lyn Fish, affectionately known as Jay Fish, tragically passed away on September 17, 2024, due to an incident involving a reckless driver on James Street in Worcester. She was a beloved mother, daughter, friend, and niece, cherished by many who are now mourning her untimely loss.

A fundraiser has been organized by her aunt, Jenna Knight, to support the family in covering funeral expenses and honoring Jami’s legacy. The goal of the fundraiser is to raise $10,000, with any additional funds to be donated to the Second Chance Animal Shelter in Jami’s name. So far, $200 has been raised through five donations, including contributions from Nancy Currie, Francis Assad, Jason Hamilton, Trisha Fugere, and Billie Jo Rodriguez.

The family has expressed their deep gratitude for the support received so far and is encouraging the community to contribute to this cause to help lay Jami to rest and continue her legacy through a donation to a cause she cared about.
