Wolfgang Eckleben, Founding Pastor of Every Nation London, Dies at 60 After Courageous Battle with Cancer

London, United Kingdom – Wolfgang "Wolfi" Eckleben, the founding and overseeing pastor of Every Nation Church in London, passed away peacefully on the morning of September 13, 2024, after a two-and-a-half-year battle with cancer. He was 60 years old.

For over three decades, Wolfi served as a spiritual leader, mentor, and friend to many, profoundly impacting the lives of thousands. His leadership built Every Nation London into a vibrant community, known for its faith and dedication to spreading the message of God’s love.

Wolfi was renowned for his inspiring sermons, unwavering faith, and deep compassion. He guided countless people on their spiritual journeys, encouraging them to live purposefully for the glory of God. His influence extended far beyond the church, touching people from all walks of life.

After his brave fight with cancer, Wolfi’s faith remained steadfast. His enduring trust in God through adversity was a testament to his character and his lifelong ministry. As Psalm 116:15 states, “Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his faithful servants.”

Wolfi is survived by his wife, Ali, and their two daughters, Amy and Abby. The church community has asked for prayers for the family, lifting them up in this time of mourning.

A memorial service is being planned, and this Sunday, Every Nation London will gather to honor Wolfi’s memory, share stories of his impact, and worship together, continuing the church’s tradition of finding strength in God during difficult times.
