Winsted, Connecticut – The community is coming together to support the family of Phil Fay, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, who is in the final stages of his life. Phil Fay, well-known for his love of fishing, dirt track racing at Lebanon, and watching NASCAR, is remembered as a family man and friend who brought joy to those around him. His passing will leave a significant void in the lives of his loved ones.
