Sarasota, FL – Shonda Folse, a dedicated travel nurse, was involved in a serious car accident while returning home from a work assignment in Texas. The accident left her unable to continue her nursing duties, and her family is now seeking financial help to cover her medical expenses and recovery.
Shonda Folse, well known for her generosity and kindness, has always been the first to help others, whether friends or strangers. Now, as she faces this challenging time, her family is rallying the community to assist her. Unfortunately, the driver responsible for the accident was uninsured, adding to the difficulties Folse is now enduring.
Her daughter, Nicholette Nelson, took to Facebook to explain her mother’s situation, sharing a heartfelt message: “As many of you know, my mom, Shonda Folse, was in a car accident recently. She is not able to return to her travel nurse job and is in need of help. My mom has helped so many people, friends and strangers both. If you feel in your heart to help, please donate. A fundraiser has been organized by Nelson to help cover the costs of Shonda Folse’s recovery. So far, $100 has been raised towards a $10,000 goal, with two donations made.
