Rosemary Jobe Passes Away Unexpectedly in Gadsden, Alabama – Memorial Fundraiser Launched to Help Family

Gadsden, Alabama – Rosemary Jobe, a beloved mother and nurse, passed away unexpectedly early on the morning of September 11, 2024, after a sudden medical emergency. According to her family, she was found unresponsive at a local nursing home with extremely low blood pressure and pulse. She was rushed to Riverview Medical Hospital, but despite efforts by medical staff, she went into respiratory failure and was unable to be revived, passing away at 6:25 a.m.

Rosemary Jobe’s passing has left her family in financial distress, particularly with covering the costs of her memorial service. A GoFundMe fundraiser has been organized by Kimberly Seren Hernandez to help the family with these uncovered expenses. The burial policy covered most of the costs, but the family is seeking assistance for the remaining amount. The memorial service for Rosemary is scheduled for Saturday, September 14, at 2 p.m.

Many people who knew Rosemary have shared their condolences and memories on Facebook.

BethannGene Kramer wrote, "Sorry for your loss," while Lu Meger shared, "I’m so sorry for you all. I hope she didn’t suffer. Rosemary was such a sweetheart, and I’ve missed her since she moved to Florida."

Jennifer Schley Juarez, who worked with Rosemary, expressed, "Such sad news! I worked with Rosemary for several years at Central Health Care, and she was such an amazing person and nurse!"

Sally Holden added, "I am so sorry to hear this! I worked with Rosemary at CHC for many years. She was always kind-hearted and always had a smile on her face."

Eric Gekeler wrote, "Omg April, I am so sorry. I wish I could be there for you when your mom was there for me."

Many others, including Stephanie Allen, KennethCheri Reich, and Mark Kubat, expressed their sorrow and support for the family during this difficult time, sharing heartfelt messages of sympathy and prayers for peace.

The family is grateful for any support, whether through donations or sharing the fundraiser to help with Rosemary Jobe’s memorial expenses.
