Stafford, New York – Michael J. Ciarpelli, a 20-year-old motorcyclist from Rochester, tragically lost his life in a severe accident on State Route 33 on Saturday, September 14, 2024. The collision, which occurred at approximately 5:36 p.m., involved a head-on crash between Ciarpelli’s motorcycle and an SUV.

Andrews, who was driving the SUV with passenger Colleen L. O’Mara, was making a left turn from Griswold Road onto State Route 33. Ciarpelli’s motorcycle struck the SUV as it was entering the eastbound lane.
