El Reno, Oklahoma – The family of Merle Chapel is seeking financial support through a GoFundMe fundraiser after he passed away on September 10, 2024, at the age of 76. His granddaughter, Jerica Chapel, along with her mother Felicia Heartfield, is organizing the fundraiser to cover funeral expenses.
Merle Chapel was described as a loving father, brother, grandfather, and friend. His family is preparing to hold a viewing on September 20, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., as they work to lay him to rest.
The family is asking for help to ensure Merle Chapel receives a proper burial. Jerica Chapel shared a message with the public, citing Philippians 4:4: “Rejoice in the Lord always: Again I say, rejoice.”
As of now, the fundraiser has a goal of $5,000.
