Rosemarie S. Estaño, a respected Administrative Assistant III at the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) Regional Office XIII (MRO13), has passed away. Estaño, who dedicated 26 years of her career to MARINA, died on 08 September 2024.
Estaño’s commitment to her role began on 03 November 1988, and over the years, she became a cherished member of the MARINA team. Her passing has left a significant void in the organization, as her contributions and loyal service were deeply valued by her colleagues and the maritime community.
The Maritime Industry Authority expressed their condolences: “Ms. Rose dedicated 26 years of loyal service to MARINA. Her commitment and contributions will always be remembered, and she will be deeply missed.”
