Converse, Texas – Maricela LoNigro passed away suddenly on September 10, 2024, leaving her family devastated and struggling to cover the costs of her memorial service. Despite her efforts to secure life insurance to ease the financial burden on her loved ones, the policy had not matured in time, leaving the family with unexpected expenses.
A GoFundMe fundraiser, organized by her daughter Maria Johnson, has been created to raise funds for the memorial service. As of today, only $75 has been raised out of a $3,000 goal, with two donations from supporters Kennedy Brown and Skylar Scharnhorst.
Maria Johnson shared her heartfelt message about her mother, expressing the financial challenges they now face. “Any help would be greatly appreciated,” she added, hoping the community can assist in giving her mother a modest but meaningful memorial.
