Odessa, Texas – Maria Linda Herrera, a beloved resident of Odessa, tragically passed away on September 13th, 2024. Her granddaughter, April Herrera, has organized a fundraiser to help cover the funeral expenses, with the family aiming to raise $500.
As of September 16th, the fundraiser has garnered $462 through three donations. An anonymous donor contributed $342, another anonymous individual gave $100, and DeAndra Herrera donated $20. The family is deeply appreciative of the community’s support during this difficult time.
April Herrera shared that funeral services will be confirmed later this week, and any additional contributions will go towards ensuring a proper farewell for her grandmother. The Herrera family remains hopeful to reach their goal, with just $38 remaining to meet the target.
