Lucille Trull Williams Passes Away at 90, Survived by Large Family and Remembered for Her Legacy

Lucille Trull Williams, 90, passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at the Monroe Rehabilitation Center. Born on October 28, 1933, in Union County, Williams was the daughter of the late Thomas Luther Trull and Lillie May Adams. Her passing has left a void in her family and community.

The funeral service to celebrate Williams’ life will take place at 2 PM on Friday, September 20, 2024, at Lakeland Memorial Park in Monroe, with family and friends gathering at the graveside. Williams is survived by her sons, Michael Williams (Karen), Phillip Williams, and Edwin Williams (Wanda), along with her siblings, Jimmy Trull and Eleanor Lawhon. She also leaves behind 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Social media tributes have started to pour in. Judy Preslar shared, “May you rest in the peace of our LORD and SAVIOR,” while Jane A. Baucom expressed her condolences, writing, “So sorry for the families loss.”

Williams’ passing marks the end of a long, well-lived life, and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
