Lorain, Ohio Resident Tammy Messer Passes Away After Long Health Battle, Family Seeks Support for Funeral Expenses

Lorain, Ohio – Tammy Messer, beloved mother of four, passed away on Friday, September 13, 2024, after a prolonged health battle. Her passing has left her family and friends grieving deeply.

Her son, DeAndre Brown, is now organizing a fundraiser to help cover the costs of her funeral services. The unexpected nature of her death has left the family without the immediate funds needed to give Tammy the farewell they believe she deserves.

The fundraiser, which was launched recently, has raised $975 of its $5,585 goal through 17 donations. The top donation so far was an anonymous contribution of $220, with recent donations continuing to come in, including $50 from Melanie Szabo.

In the fundraiser post, DeAndre Brown expressed his heartfelt thanks for the support, stating, "Please help us give our mother the proper going away celebration we all know she deserves. All proceeds will go to her services. Thank you all in advance."
