Edwina "Eddie" Lewis, a lifelong resident of Mount Holly and Eastampton, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on September 12th, 2024, surrounded by her family at her home. She was 69 years old.
Eddie, a graduate of Rancocas Valley Regional High School (RVRHS) class of 1973, worked for many years at the Burlington County Courthouse, contributing to her local community throughout her career. She spent her final years in Shamong with her family.
Tributes poured in from friends and community members on social media, expressing condolences and sharing memories of Eddie’s kindness and warm spirit. Perinchief Chapels, the local funeral home, shared the news on Facebook, where numerous people extended their thoughts and prayers.

Eddie’s contributions to her community and the lasting impact she had on those around her will be remembered fondly by family, friends, and neighbors. The Lewis family is planning services to celebrate her life and legacy in the coming days.
