Leanne Orozco of Alton, Ohio, Seeks Community Support for Healing and Career Recovery After Serious Car Accident

Alton, Ohio – Leanne Orozco is reaching out to the community for support through a GoFundMe fundraiser after a devastating car accident on September 1st left her hospitalized for two weeks with a broken shoulder and without a vehicle. The accident has disrupted her life significantly, making it difficult for her to maintain financial stability as she recovers.

Leanne, a single mother of two, was transitioning into a new career and was between jobs at the time of the accident. Unfortunately, this meant she had no insurance coverage or option for medical leave. As a result, she now faces mounting bills without a steady income.

Leanne shared her story on the fundraising page, expressing her gratitude for surviving the accident and explaining her current struggles. "I’m officially out of the hospital after two weeks! I was in a car accident that has left my car totaled, my shoulder broken, me out of work, but grateful for my life!" she wrote. Leanne is currently focused on healing her shoulder and has been unable to return to work. She will learn on September 30th if she needs surgery, which could prolong her recovery even further.

Despite these challenges, Leanne remains determined to continue her education and stay on her career path. However, without the ability to work, she is concerned about keeping up with her bills and finding a way to replace her car.

The GoFundMe campaign, titled "Support Leanne’s Healing and Career Journey After Accident," has a goal of $6,000. So far, $220 has been raised through two donations. Leanne expressed her deep appreciation for any support received during this difficult time. "Any help is appreciated right now as I figure this out. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this, and may God bless you. I’m so grateful for the second chance I’ve been given!" she shared on the fundraiser page.

The community is encouraged to support Leanne as she navigates this challenging period and works toward recovery.
