Lawrenceville Resident Llewellyn McFadden Passes Away Due to Strokes and Blood Clots, Funeral Fundraiser Launched by Family

Lawrenceville, Georgia – Llewellyn McFadden, a beloved grandfather from Lawrenceville, passed away on September 10, 2024, after suffering from multiple strokes and blood clots in his brain. His granddaughter, Sharnette Deveaux, has launched a fundraiser to help cover the funeral expenses during this difficult time.

Sharnette shared that this is particularly hard for her and her family, as they recently experienced the loss of another grandfather due to COVID-19 just a few months ago.

The GoFundMe page, organized by Sharnette, has set a goal of $5,000. As of now, $160 has been raised through five donations, with contributions from individuals such as Michael Brown, who donated $50, and Erin Turner, who gave $20.

In her heartfelt message, Sharnette expressed her gratitude for any contributions to support her grandfather’s funeral expenses, acknowledging the financial challenges many people face. "Any amount would be greatly appreciated," she wrote, urging friends and family to assist during this tough time.

Donations can be made through the fundraiser page organized by Sharnette Deveaux in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
