Kimberly Curry Recovering After Tragic Auto Accident in Kelly Canyon, Montana; Family Seeks Community Support

Bozeman, Montana – Kimberly Curry, a recent graduate of Bozeman High School, is on a difficult road to recovery following a severe auto accident in Kelly Canyon, Montana, on Sunday, September 15, 2024. The accident, which occurred at 1:30 a.m., tragically involved a fatality, and Kimberly sustained significant injuries after being pinned under the vehicle for over 30 minutes.

She was airlifted to a trauma hospital in Billings, Montana, where she remains in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Kimberly’s condition is currently stable, and she is expected to face several weeks of recovery before regaining full mobility. Her father, David Curry, shared that despite the severity of her injuries, she is in good spirits and determined to recover.

Kimberly’s family, led by her aunt Angela Reel, has launched a GoFundMe campaign to help cover the extensive medical expenses and lost wages, as Kimberly does not have medical insurance. The fundraiser, titled "Support Kimberly Curry’s Road to Recovery," has raised $4,140 of its $5,000 goal, thanks to the generous contributions of 63 donors. The family is grateful for the community’s support and prayers during this challenging time.

Angela Reel expressed her gratitude, saying, "We are overwhelmed by the love and support from everyone. If you cannot donate, please continue to pray for all involved. Thank you in advance for your time and generosity."
