Kenneth Hunt of Austin, Texas, Passes Away After a Long Battle with Health Issues, Family Seeks Help for Cremation Costs

Austin, Texas – Kenneth Hunt, a longtime resident of Austin, passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, around 1:00 p.m. at the age of 50 after battling severe health complications. Kenneth had been on dialysis for over 20 years and had suffered multiple heart attacks and an infection that led to inflammation around his colon. Despite his long fight, he succumbed to his health issues while on life support.

Kenneth is remembered as a husband, father, brother, and uncle who brought joy to those around him. His artistic talents and love for drawing were cherished by his family and friends. Kenneth was also known for his sense of humor, always telling jokes and making people laugh despite the hardships he faced with his health.

Due to the financial challenges of being a dialysis patient, Kenneth was unable to secure life insurance, making it difficult for his family to cover his cremation costs. His mother, Susie Hunt, has organized a GoFundMe fundraiser to help cover the expenses, as Kenneth had expressed his wish to be cremated. The family is asking for any assistance to honor his final wish and give him a dignified farewell.

The fundraiser, launched by Susie Hunt, has set a goal of $4,000 to cover cremation and funeral expenses. The family is hopeful that donations will come through to help ease the financial burden during this difficult time.

Anyone wishing to support the family can contribute to the fundraiser organized by Susie Hunt. Every donation, regardless of size, will help the family fulfill Kenneth’s final wish.
