Jeffrey Michael Anderson Sr. of Burke County, GA Passes Away at Age 51

Burke County, GA – Jeffrey Michael Anderson Sr., a beloved resident of Burke County, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at the age of 51. Known for his generous spirit and passion for life, Jeffrey touched the hearts of many throughout his community.

Born in Germany, Jeffrey moved to North Augusta during his childhood. He attended North Augusta High School, graduating in 1992, and later pursued higher education at Aiken Technical College. Jeffrey worked as a mechanic for 35 years, building a reputation for his dedication and skill.

A family man, Jeffrey was a devoted husband to Paige Anderson and the father of six children: Sierra Benward, Taylor Bailey Anderson, Kinley McDaniel, Logan McDaniel, Michael Anderson, and Joey Fowler. He was also a loving grandfather to Adalynn and Knox Benward, and cherished every moment spent with his family.

Jeffrey had a passion for the outdoors and was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting. His love for animals, especially Great Danes, was reflected in his efforts to rescue dogs in need.

He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and his extended family, including his parents, siblings, and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 16, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., with Greg Coursey officiating. Friends and family will gather one hour prior to the service to pay their respects.

Jeffrey Anderson will be remembered for his kind heart, love of family, and his commitment to his passions. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
