Guadalupe Zavala Seeks Community Support for Final Wishes of Husband Daniel Alcala Following Cancer Battle

Rexburg, Idaho – Guadalupe Zavala has launched a heartfelt fundraiser to honor the final wishes of her late husband, Daniel Alcala, who passed away on September 10, 2024, after a prolonged battle with cancer.

Daniel Alcala, whose health had deteriorated to a point where doctors could offer no further help, was brought home by Guadalupe for his last days. In a poignant update, Guadalupe shared her emotional journey and the couple’s deep love, as Daniel prepared to leave this world.

To fulfill Daniel’s last wishes, Guadalupe is seeking to raise $3,000 through the fundraiser to cover memorial expenses and keep Daniel’s ashes close. As of today, the campaign has raised $1,241 from 17 donations, with Rodolfo Sandoval making the largest contribution of $500.

The community’s support has been pouring in, with heartfelt messages and donations assisting Guadalupe in honoring her husband’s final requests. The campaign highlights the enduring love and memories shared between the couple, as they faced this difficult time together.

Guadalupe expressed her gratitude for the support, emphasizing that despite the sorrow, Daniel’s legacy will live on through the kindness of friends and family.
