Fundraiser Launched in Memory of Lakietha Sanford After Her Sudden Passing from Stage 4 Breast Cancer

Vallejo, California – On September 13, 2024, a fundraiser was launched in memory of Lakietha Sanford, who passed away due to Stage 4 breast cancer. The campaign, organized by Sanford’s daughter, Tatiana Hockenhull, aims to raise $5,000 to support funeral and memorial expenses.

As of now, the fundraiser has raised $2,355 from 17 donations. Joi Jackson-Morgan’s contribution of $1,000 is the largest single donation received so far. The initiative has seen support from many, including Laurie Lawson’s initial donation of $100 and ajamu jones’s recent $100 contribution.

Tatiana Hockenhull has expressed deep gratitude for the outpouring of support during this difficult time. The community’s response highlights the impact Lakietha Sanford had on those around her, as friends and family come together to honor her memory.
