Fundraiser Launched for Victoria Knowlton and Seth Scott After Severe Motorcycle Accident in Syracuse

Syracuse, New York – A fundraising effort has been initiated to support Victoria Knowlton and her fiancé Seth Scott following a devastating motorcycle accident that occurred on September 13, 2024. The accident has left Seth with severe injuries, and he remains hospitalized at Upstate Hospital.

Lily Grenis, a Syracuse student and close friend of the couple, has organized a GoFundMe campaign to help cover the substantial medical costs associated with Seth’s recovery. The campaign, titled "Support Seth: Aid Needed for Accident Recovery," aims to raise $20,000. So far, it has garnered $110 from two donors, including a $100 contribution from Emily Jensen and a $10 donation from an anonymous source.

Seth Scott, who works as an automotive body technician, is expected to be hospitalized for an indefinite period and will be unable to walk for at least six weeks. The extent of his injuries means he may not be able to return to work in the near future. Victoria Knowlton, who is by his side in the hospital, is also likely to miss work during this challenging time. The couple, who have been together for eight years, are first-time homeowners with student debt, making the financial strain particularly difficult.

Lily Grenis described Seth as a kind-hearted individual with a penchant for helping injured animals. She emphasized the couple’s need for community support during this critical period. Donations to the fundraiser will go directly to Seth and Victoria’s account, helping them navigate this challenging period.

For those who wish to contribute, donations can be made through the GoFundMe page, which assures donors that their contributions are protected by the GoFundMe Giving Guarantee.
