Syed Hussain Shah, a retired Additional Secretary at the Civil Secretariat, passed away on Tuesday, September 17th, 2024. His funeral prayers were offered the same evening at 7:30 PM in his native village Umar Abad, located in Tehsil Takhat Bahi, District Mardan.
Shah had a long and distinguished career, having served in various capacities, including as Secretary for Benevolent Fund and Housing and Rehabilitation. His colleagues and friends expressed their profound grief on social media.
Naeem Khan Afridi shared, "It is to inform you all with great sorrow that our civil secretariat fellow Syed Hussain Shah has passed away. May Allah grant him the highest rank in Jannah."
Condolences poured in, with Muez Afridi commenting, "Allah dey obakhi aameen." Muhammad Fayaz Khan added, "Great tragedy, big loss. Allah may bless his body and soul, Ameen."
