Carrollton, GA – The family of Victoria Spivey is grieving her recent passing and seeking financial support for funeral expenses. A GoFundMe fundraiser, organized by her daughter Kirstie Sanders, was launched to raise $10,000 to cover the funeral costs, with $105 raised so far from four donations.
Victoria Spivey’s passing has left her family struggling both emotionally and financially. Kirstie, along with her siblings, has expressed difficulty in moving forward as they navigate the expensive process of planning a funeral. In her heartfelt message, Kirstie shared that her mother "had her demons but was loved by many." The family, lacking financial resources, is asking for any support from those able to contribute.
Donations have come from several individuals, including Dexter Wilson, who donated $30, and JoAnna Bringhurst, who contributed $20. The fundraiser also saw a generous $50 donation from Emily King, while an anonymous donor gave $5.
Despite the financial challenges, Kirstie emphasized that any amount of help is appreciated but understood if people were unable to give. The family remains hopeful that they will reach their goal and be able to give Victoria Spivey a proper farewell.
The fundraiser continues to welcome donations, with all contributions going towards the funeral and memorial costs.
