Tupelo, Mississippi – Elizabeth Taylor, a resident of Tupelo, passed away unexpectedly on September 13, 2024. Her daughter, Kristin Pickering, has organized a fundraiser to help cover the costs of her funeral, as the family was unprepared both financially and emotionally for the sudden loss.
Kristin shared that her mother’s passing left them without insurance or the means to afford the funeral services. All proceeds from the fundraiser will go directly to Holland’s Funeral Home to cover the expenses. The family is deeply grateful for any support during this difficult time.
The fundraiser, which has a goal of $5,000, has currently raised $210 through eight donations. Supporters such as Britney Vigna, who contributed $50, and Makyla Brandon, who donated $35, are among those offering financial assistance.
