Elizabeth Rebecca Rowe, 40-Year-Old Inman, SC Resident, Passes Away – Family and Community Mourn

Inman, South Carolina – Elizabeth Rebecca Rowe, a beloved 40-year-old resident of Inman, passed away on September 13, 2024. Elizabeth was born in Spartanburg, SC, and was deeply cherished by her family, friends, and community. She worked at Blue Compass RV in Duncan and was an active member of The Pentecostals of Spartanburg, where she embraced her faith and community spirit.

Elizabeth was the daughter of the late Cheryl Barton Rowe and Carroll William Rowe (wife, Stephanie). She was also the beloved fiancée of John Lee Balma. Elizabeth is survived by her siblings John Paul Rowe (wife, Claudette), Maranda Ross, Milissa Zint (husband, James), and Ashlyn Pike (fiancée, Jesse). She leaves behind nieces and nephews, including Ciera Miller (husband, Mark), Lyla, Leah, Ava, and Carina Rowe, as well as Skyler Ross, Brantlee and Royce Zint, and Jacob Atkins. Elizabeth was also a loving great-aunt to Winston, Emory, and Presley Miller.

A funeral service honoring Elizabeth’s life will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at The Pentecostals of Spartanburg, officiated by Rev. Larry Wilks. The service will begin at 1:00 PM, with visitation scheduled from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM. Elizabeth will be laid to rest at Fort Prince Memorial Gardens following the service.

Many have taken to Facebook to share their heartfelt condolences. Renee Chapman posted, "Sweet Buffy! You sure could take a selfie. We don’t realize just how beautiful someone is. May your eyes forever shine in the face of our Savior." Brenda Guidry also expressed her sorrow, commenting, "I’m so sorry for your loss sweetheart."

Elizabeth will be remembered for her devotion to her family, her faith, and her community. Her presence will be deeply missed, and her memory cherished by all who knew her.
