Elberton, Georgia – Fundraiser Launched for Paul Gifford’s Funeral Costs Following His Sudden Passing

Elberton, Georgia – Paul Gifford, a resident of Elberton, tragically passed away on Friday, September 13, 2024. His unexpected death has left his family grappling with the financial burden of his funeral arrangements.

Paul, who did not have life insurance, had requested to be cremated. To honor his wishes, a fundraiser has been set up by Rebecca Crider to help cover the costs associated with his cremation and memorial service. The campaign also aims to provide some financial relief to his fiancée and five children during this challenging time.

As of today, the fundraiser has collected $175 out of a $2,500 goal, with contributions from several community members. Recent donations include $50 from Aime Calderon, $50 from Kamille Lott, and others.

Rebecca Crider, who is organizing the effort, expressed gratitude for the support received so far and urged others to contribute if possible. Donations can be made through various platforms, including Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal.

The Gifford family appreciates any assistance and support as they navigate this difficult period.
