Drew Vaughn, Canton, GA MLF Member and UNG Graduate, Passes Away at 30 – Community and Friends Mourn the Loss

Canton, Georgia – Drew Vaughn, a respected member of Major League Fishing and a University of North Georgia graduate, has sadly passed away. Vaughn, who was 30 years old, died on September 9, 2024. The cause of death has not been publicly disclosed.

Vaughn’s sudden passing has left his community and loved ones in mourning. His contributions to the Major League Fishing community were notable, and he was known for his passion for bass fishing. His peers remember him not just for his skills on the water but also for his warm and friendly nature.

On Facebook, friends and family shared heartfelt messages. Jaime White-Peddle reminisced, "I have so many fond memories of spending time with you when you were younger Drew Vaughn. Your kind heart and warm light will always live in my memories of you." Rene White expressed, "My sweet Drewby you will live on in our memories and hearts."

Megan Gordon also conveyed her condolences, saying, "So sorry for your loss! Hugs and love coming your way!!"
