Detroit Community Rallies for Helen Nance’s Burial Expenses After Her Sudden Passing

Detroit, Michigan – Helen Nance, a beloved member of the Detroit community, unexpectedly passed away on Monday morning. The news of her sudden death has left her family in grief and struggling with the financial burden of her funeral expenses.

Her daughter, Alima Nance, has organized a fundraiser to cover the costs of Helen’s burial, as she did not have life insurance. The goal for the fundraiser is set at $2,500, with $620 already raised from generous donors.

The community has shown support through various donations. Recent contributions include $200 each from Michell De Jesus and Steven Crumsey, and $50 from Sadiyah Robinson, Denise Furdge, and Rachel Mace. The fundraiser reflects the community’s willingness to help Helen Nance receive a proper farewell.
