David O’Donnell Remembered as a Loving Man, Fundraiser Launched for His Memorial Service

A fundraiser has been launched in memory of David O’Donnell, affectionately known as "Scogg," who sadly passed away in peace. The initiative, organized by Sarah Smith, aims to raise £1,500 to help provide a fitting farewell for David, who was deeply loved by many. As of today, £845 has been raised through 17 donations.

David’s passing has left a significant void in the hearts of those who knew him. He is remembered for his caring nature and is now reunited with his late brother, Terry. Friends and family are coming together to support his partner, Lauren, and other loved ones during this difficult time.

Sarah Smith, the organizer of the fundraiser, expressed her gratitude for the contributions so far and noted that Lauren has given permission for this effort to honor David. The funds raised will go toward ensuring David receives the send-off he deserves.

The outpouring of support is evident through donations, with Louise Catterson making a recent contribution of £10, and an anonymous donor contributing £200, the largest donation so far.

The family and friends of David O’Donnell appreciate all donations and support as they prepare to say goodbye to a man who will be missed now and always.
