Clarissa Ann Smith, Beloved Nurse and Devoted Family Member, Passes Away at Age 57

Clarissa Ann Smith, a dedicated nurse and beloved family member, passed away on September 11th, 2024, at the age of 57. Born on October 20th, 1966, in Pratt, Kansas, Clarissa touched many lives with her compassion and care, especially during her nursing career, which began in 2001. She worked primarily in nursing homes, where she found fulfillment in helping others. Her nursing journey was cut short in 2013 due to health issues, but her devotion to family remained strong.

Clarissa is survived by her spouse, Steve Becker, her children Miranda Carter (Derek), and her stepson Anthony Becker (Bridget) and stepdaughter Andrea Lynn (Ray). She also leaves behind her brother Gene Smith (Elaine), sister Mary Nunn (Scott), 11 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Clarissa was preceded in death by her parents, Rodger G. Smith and Rosemary Reed.

A memorial service will be held at Sanders Funeral Service Chapel in Kingfisher, Oklahoma, on Friday, September 20th, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.

"She was such a sweet lady…prayers for her family," wrote Stephanie Grider on social media. LaQuita Curtis Reherman echoed these sentiments, offering "Prayers for the family."

Clarissa will be deeply missed by her loved ones and all those whose lives she touched.
