Brett Mullen Suffers Multiple Injuries in Motorcycle Accident, Fundraiser Launched to Support His Recovery

Toowoomba, Queensland – Brett Mullen, a local entrepreneur, was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident that occurred at low speed. The accident, which happened at 40-50 kph, left Mullen with significant injuries, including eight broken ribs, a broken scapula, and a fractured pelvis.

Following multiple surgeries, Brett is expected to spend another two to three weeks in the hospital, with a lengthy recovery period of at least four to six months.

The accident occurred just as Brett was launching his first personally owned real estate business in the Toowoomba area. He had recently secured his first listing, but due to the accident, the listing had to be handed off to another agent, potentially affecting months of work in building his new venture.

To help cover medical and personal expenses during his recovery, Brett’s friend, Ben Stubbs, has organized a fundraiser with a goal of raising $20,000. So far, $1,960 AUD has been donated, with six contributors supporting Brett’s recovery efforts.

Ben Stubbs, who is coordinating the fundraiser, shared that Brett faces a challenging road ahead, and any assistance is greatly appreciated to help him during this difficult time.

Donations can still be made through the ongoing fundraiser as Brett continues to recover.
