Asheville, NC – Bondarenko Volodymyr Karpovich, a devout servant of the Church of Jesus Christ, passed away on September 11, 2024, at the age of 78. Originally from Ukraine, Bondarenko spent 77 years of his life there before relocating to Asheville, North Carolina, where he resided for the past two years.
Known for his dedication to his community and his faith, Bondarenko was admired by those around him. His family is now organizing a fundraiser to cover the costs of his funeral, with a goal of raising $15,000. As of now, $700 has been raised through four donations.
Yurii Bondarenko, a family member, is leading the fundraising efforts and expressed deep gratitude for any support during this difficult time.
Donors include Volodymyr Zhuliuk, who contributed $200, Nikolai Chernous with $200, Serhii Pavlov with $100, and Vita Savich, who donated $200 as well. The family appreciates all donations, large or small, as they work to honor Bondarenko’s memory.
