David Cole, a cherished member of the Llanelli community, has sadly passed away at the age of 64. He died on Monday, 16th September 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and devotion to his family and friends.
David was the beloved husband of Amanda, a dearly loved father to Gareth and Sarah, and a cherished grandfather, affectionately known as "Bampi" to Marissa and Phoebe. He was also a devoted brother to John and the late Alan, as well as a dear uncle and brother-in-law.
A cremation service to honor David’s life will be held at Llanelli Crematorium on Friday, 11th October 2024, at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in his memory to the Stroke Unit at Prince Philip Hospital, c/o Sarah Cole, 98 Sandpiper Road, Llanelli SA15 4SH.
Tributes to David have been shared on social media. “Rest in peace, David,” wrote Sian Elson, while Jess Morris Thomas echoed the sentiment, saying, “Rest in peace David.”
David Cole’s passing leaves a void in the lives of those who knew and loved him, and he will be remembered with great affection.
