Paula Diane (Smart) Donegan, a cherished resident of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, has passed away on September 10, 2024, at the North Kansas City Hospital Hospice House. She was 71 years old.
Born on October 13, 1952, in North Kansas City, Missouri, Paula was a devoted mother and grandmother who found joy in fishing, crocheting, and crafting. She is remembered for her roles in healthcare management and customer service at the Excelsior Springs License Bureau.
Paula was preceded in death by her husband, George Michael Donegan, and her son, Jason, among other close family members. She is survived by her son Christopher Donegan, daughter Jennifer Hubeny, and her beloved grandchildren.
