Born on June 24, 1968, in Wabash, Indiana, Tammy was the daughter of Robert "Bob" J. Kline and Sharon Kay (Jackson) Hopkins. Throughout her life, she was a loving daughter, mother, sister, and grandmother who forged deep connections with her family, especially her mother, Sharon Hopkins, and her brother, Christopher Kline.
