Amanda is described as standing 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with shoulder-length dark brown or black curly hair and brown eyes. She is also known to have multiple tattoos. The last confirmed sighting of her was at the hospital, where doctors warned her to "expect the worst" regarding her condition. However, when they returned to update her on her critical state, she had disappeared, and no one has been able to reach her since.

She was last known to be in the Stiltner’s Bottom/Harman area of Grundy, Virginia, before her disappearance from the hospital.
